Increasing RevPAR

Year after year, the challenge is to consistently maintain and optimise average revenue and occupancy values. From 2019 to date, this effort has resulted in a significant increase in RevPAR, with an overall growth of more than 70 per cent.

Strategic product to reach target

The in-depth data analysis made possible by the Blastness Suite reporting systems, coupled with the support of the Revenue consultancy, were crucial for the continuous introduction of adaptive and goal-oriented strategies.

How did you meet Blastness?

I was still working in another company when I met Blastness, participating in several industry events. The collaboration then materialised when I arrived in Borgo San Luigi and the partnership is still going strong today.

How has Blastness improved your daily work?

The ease and simplicity of rate management, supported by solid, well-structured strategic planning, allows you to react quickly and accurately to any changes in the market.

Which product could you no longer give up?

The Blastness Suite is the perfect container, a fundamental and indispensable tool for me: the CRS and PMS reports are indispensable, both to act in good time and to make assessments with a view to the future.
The fact that it is also available as a mobile app is an added value that allows me to operate wherever I am.

Which strategic activity contributes most to improving your competitiveness against OTAs?

Certainly Pay Per Click campaign activities are key to increasing competitiveness against OTAs, helping us to maintain the online visibility of the owner site at all times, increasing qualified traffic and encouraging direct bookings.

Compared to the recorded revenue growth, what do you think is the added value brought by Blastness?

The added value is definitely given by the people: you don't just interact with an algorithm or with an aseptic support, but you have the possibility to confront and physically talk to people who are always ready and willing to give the necessary support.

Given the results achieved, what do you think is the strength of our PPC campaigns?

Definitely the fact that they consistently ensure a “strong” online presence through the use of strategic keywords.

What new goal do you have for the future?

In July and August it is easy for everyone, or almost everyone. The increase in the shoulder months, and above all the ambition of wanting to stay open all year round, must push us to reach those we have not yet reached and “entice” them to come to us.

Why should a hotel today choose Blastness?
